LEBANON, Ind. - The IU Indianapolis women's golf team will close out the regular season on Saturday (Apr. 18) when the Jaguars host the annual Lady Jaguar Invitational at The Trophy Club, just north of the city. The event is slated for two rounds on Saturday and will be a 6-count-4 format, allowing coaches a fuller look at their rosters heading into postseason play. 

Head coach Jamie Broce's squad is coming off a sixth-place finish at the EKU Colonel Classic at 958 (323-317-318) while senior Yanah Rolston earned a top-10 finish at 232 (76-76-80). It marked Rolston's second top-10 finish of the season, tying with freshman Li (Sherry) Xia for the team-high. 

QUOTABLE
"I wanted to compete on every shot and that mindset kept me calm, patient and focused the entire round," sophomore Lexi Stuart said following her final round 77 at the EKU Colonel Classic. 

THE COURSE
Located in Lebanon, the Trophy Club is a sprawling track on 247 acres with Prairie Creek rolling through the terrain. This week, the course is set to play par 72 and 6,114 yards. 

THE FIELD
The four-team field includes IU Indy, Butler, DePauw and Marian and will consist of 28 players total.

LAST TIME OUT
IU Indy shot 958 at the EKU Colonel Classic, placing sixth of the 10 teams. Rolston tied for ninth among the 63-player field at 232 (76-76-80) and Xia tied for 21st at 237 (82-79-76).

The Jaguars will compete at the Horizon League Tournament on Apr. 25-27 on El Campeon at Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla.
