MUNCIE, Ind. - A small contingent of Jaguars got some work in on Saturday (Apr. 11) as the men's track team competed at Ball State's We Fly Challenge at the Briner Sports Complex.
Alec Hueftle led a small group of entries in the 800m event, spinning a personal best time of 1:56.22 to finish second in his heat.
Jay Pillai ran a time of 1:58.74 in the same race while freshman
Evan Farmer clocked a time of 2:03.88 in that heat.
Earlier in the day,
Noah Price ran the 3,000m steeplechase, clocking a time of 10:22.11, placing fifth overall.
The Jaguars will next compete next weekend when they travel to Wake Forest for the Wake Forest Invitational.
