Cross Country (Redshirt): Did not compete in any meets.
Indoor (Freshman): First Team All-Horizon League honoree as part of the Jaguars' DMR championship team with a league record time of 9:56.04... also competed in the mile and on the Jaguars' 4x400 relay team at the league championships... clocked a personal best 3,000m time of 8:47.84 at the Hoosier Horsepower Classic on Jan. 16... had a personal best 800m time of 1:55.68 at the Fairgrounds Invitational on Feb. 7... turned in his best mile of the season in a time of 4:20.61 at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday on Feb. 13.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in six meets... ran the 3,000m steeplechase and 4x400 relay at the Horizon League Championships, placing 12th in the steeple on May 9 with a time of 9:45.53... had a personal best 3K steeple time of 9:42.59 at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open on Apr. 25... ran a personal best 1,500m time of 4:13.18 at the Little State Championships on Apr. 18.Â
Academics: Named to IU Indy's Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) both semesters.
High School: Advanced to the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships all four years of his high school career at Franklin Central High School... finished 53rd overall as a senior... won the Mt. Vernon Sectional title in cross country his final year... qualified for the IHSAA State Track & Field Championships as a senior in both the 1,600m and 4x800 relay... was sectional champion and Marion County and regional runner-up in the 1,600m event his senior season... closed his high school career with personal best times of 15:30.80 (5K XC), 4:18.25 (1,600m) and 9:17.27 (3,200m).
