GREEN BAY - The IU Indy Softball team will travel to Green Bay for their Horizon League opener. The Jaguars will face the Green Bay Phoenix in a three-game series, beginning on Friday, March 27. The first two games will be broadcast on ESPN+. The first game is scheduled for 1:00 PM, followed by a second game at 3:30 PM on Friday. The series will end on Saturday, March 28 with a final game at 1:00 PM. 

IU Indy is currently 3-23 overall so far this season. During their most recent matchup against Indiana, the team fell 6-3. Green Bay is currently 4-20 overall so far this season with 0-3 in conference play. The Phoenix opened Horizon League play in a three-game series against Robert Morris. The team fell in all three games 6-10, 5-13, and 5-7.

IU Indy and Green Bay have gone head-to-head 37 times. The most recent matchup was on May 8, 2025, when the Jags fell 10-12 to the Phoenix.

First pitch for the Horizon League Opener is set for Friday at 1:00 PM with a 3:30 PM game two. They will close out the series with a final game scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 PM.
