MURRAY, Ky. - The IU Indy Jags will travel to Kentucky to compete in the Velvet Milkman Classic. They will take on South Dakota State at 10:30 AM and North Dakota at 6:00 PM on Saturday, Feb. 21. The Jags will then take on Murray State on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. IU Indy is currently 3-6 overall so far in the season. Their most recent games were at the Cardinal Clash where they lost to Troy (3-11, 0-8), Radford (1-5), and Central Arkansas (1-11).
IU Indy and South Dakota State have gone head-to-head 23 times with the most recent on Mar. 25, 2017, when the Jags claimed a 5-2 victory. The Jags are currently on a win streak of five against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits and hope to bring that to six this weekend. The Jackrabbits are currently 10-3 overall this season. They won their most recent matchup 16-7 against Green Bay.
The Jags and the North Dakota Hawks have faced off only once on Feb. 14, 2016, when IU Indy claimed a 3-1 victory. The Hawks are currently 4-7 overall in their season with their most recent matchup against on Feb. 19, 2026. North Dakota was victorious with a 7-1 win over Green Bay.
IU Indy and Murray State have competed against each other three times. During the most recent game on Feb. 24, 2024, the Jags fell 0-3 against the Racers. Murray State is 5-6 overall so far this season. They are coming off of a 4-0 win against Green Bay on Thursday, Feb. 19.
