NEW ORLEANS - The IU Indianapolis men's and women's track and field teams have been named All-Academic Teams by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their work in the classroom this past season. In order to be eligible, the cumulative grade point average for all individuals must be at 3.0 or above. 

Head coach Justin Roeder's men's squad ranked No. 10 in the country with a 3.56 grade point average while head coach Antonio McDaniel's women's team registered a 3.45 mark. Roeder's team was tops among the Horizon League and tops among the Division I programs from the state of Indiana.
