INDIANAPOLIS – IU Indy junior Molly Kable earns NFCA Great Lakes All-Region Third Team after an impressive first year with the Jaguars. Kable was also named Horizon League Player of the Year while leading the league in batting average.
 
Kable, a junior from New London, Wisconsin, earns the honor after leading the Horizon League in batting average. She finished the regular season with a .427 batting average with a league-best .491 on base percentage. Kable also totaled 46 RBI which ranks third all-time for a single season in program history. She started and played in all 49 games for the Jaguars, mostly at third base. On top of her 46 RBI she also totaled nine home runs, one triple and 14 doubles.
 
During the postseason, she totaled three hits and two RBI, ending the season on a 15-game win streak. Kable was also named Horizon League Player of the Week on March 18 and April 5.
