INDIANAPOLIS – IU Indy freshman opposite Jillian Tippmann has been named this week's 92c Athlete of the Week. Tippmann helped lead the Jaguars to three consecutive sweeps, averaging 3.78 kills per set with a .532 hitting percentage, the best mark in the Horizon League this week.

Tippmann tallied 12 kills on .524 hitting with one block in IU Indy's win over Purdue Fort Wayne. She followed that performance with 11 kills on .524 hitting, adding two blocks and no attack errors in the Jaguars' first-ever win over Cleveland State. Tippmann capped off the weekend with 11 kills on .550 hitting and one block in Saturday's victory, finishing the stretch without committing a single attack error.

In Horizon League play, Tippmann ranks sixth in hitting percentage at .290 and fourth in total kills with 328, averaging 3.69 kills per set.

This marks Tippmann's second 92c Athlete of the Week honor and the sixth title this season for the IU Indy volleyball team. Tippmann and the Jaguars will travel to Green Bay, Wisconsin, for Horizon League match ups on Friday, Nov. 7, at 7:00 PM and Saturday, Nov. 8, at 2:00 PM. Both matches will be live-streamed on ESPN+.
