IU INDY VOLLEYBALL TRAVELS TO CLEVELAND STATE FOR TWO

The Jags currently sit at third in the Horizon League entering the weekend

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The IU Indy volleyball team will travel to take on the Cleveland State Vikings in back-to-back matches on Friday, October 31 at 6:00 PM and Saturday, November 1 at 2:00 PM. After winning against Purdue Fort Wayne on Tuesday, the Jaguars are 14-10 overall with an 8-4 Horizon League mark.
 
The Jags are leading the Horizon League in assists with a 13.14 average per set and kills with a 14.04 average per set. Senior Morgan Ostrowski leads the Horizon League in hitting percentage with a mark of .406. Freshman Jillian Tippmann sits at seventh with a hitting percentage of .274 as well as fourth in kills with 306 and a 3.69 average per set. Junior Grace Purichia leads the Horizon League and all of Division I volleyball in total assists with 1005. She also leads the League and sits at second in the nation for assists per set with 11.17.   
 
The Vikings are entering the match with a 6-17 overall record with a 4-8 Horizon League mark. The Vikings secured a 3-1 victory over Oakland on Tuesday. Sophomore Vayda Delventhal sits at fourth in digs in the Horizon League with 363 and an average of 4.59 per set. Senior Laken Voss leads the team in kills with 237. Freshman Isabella Gibbons leads the team in assists with 482.
 
The Jaguars and Vikings are set for a 6:00 PM first serve on Friday, October 31 followed by a 2:00 PM first serve on Saturday, November 1. The match will be broadcasted on ESPN+.
