INDIANAPOLIS – The IU Indy men's and women's tennis team welcome the Eastern Illinois Panthers to West Indy Racquet Club for a Friday afternoon doubleheader. The men's team will play first with first serve set for 1:30 PM
 
Head Coach Bren Vasalakis' team is off to a 1-2 start on the season with a big win over UIC. Steven Paz was named Horizon League Singles Player of the Week after earning the No. 3 singles win in the Jags' season opener against NIU.
 
The partnership of Kamil Kozerski and Noah Viste also earned Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week after winning the No. 2 doubles match against the Huskies. Viste and Kozerski are still undefeated in the No. 2 doubles spot with win over Northern Illinois, Toledo and UIC.
 
The women's team opened their season last weekend as they hosted Western Illinois. The Jags fell 7-0 in that match.
 
Both teams will host the Panthers at the West Indy Racquet Club today with the men's team starting things off at 1:30 PM.
