INDIANAPOLIS - IUPUI fifth-year senior Amelie Svejda has been voted to the #HLGolf First Team All-League while freshman Sam McWilliams has been chosen as the league's Freshman of the Year. Svejda collected a fourth career all-league ballot and was voted to the first team for the third time. McWilliams was the Jaguars' top men's player all season long en route to the league's Freshman of the Year honor. 

Svejda capped a brilliant IUPUI career as she registered a 75.41 scoring average and .861 winning percentage this past season. She earned five top-10 finishes and finished with two tournament wins in her collegiate career. She ranks No. 2 on the program's all-time list with a 76.15 career scoring average and No. 3 with a .775 career winning percentage. She's also third on the program's all-time list with 103 career rounds played. She's tied for third on the program's all-time list with 20 career top-10 finishes and is tied for the program's all-time lead in rounds of par or better with 18. 

McWilliams earned Freshman of the Year honors after posting a team-best 74.96 stroke average and two top-10 finishes. He recorded a .597 winning percentage and had seven rounds of par or better this past season. He was also the lone IUPUI player to compete in all 28 rounds this season.
