LEXINGTON, Ky. – IUPUI men's tennis takes its 2-2 record on the road to take on Kentucky on Friday, Feb. 2, with the match scheduled to start at 3 p.m.
The Jags are coming off a 5-2 home win at Belmont as
Bradley Luetschwager improved to 4-0 in singles matches on the season with a 6-1, 6-0 win at the No. 4 singles spot. IUPUI also got singles wins from
Sean Bailey,
Eric Hollingsworth and
Ethan Mardanus-Budiono.
In doubles action, Mardanus-Budiono and #
Jac Newis# won the No. 2 match and Bailey and
Grant Weaver earned the win in the No. 3 match.
IUPUI will be looking for its first road win of the season when they take on Kentucky (3-2). The Wildcats will be taking on Chattanooga in the morning before hosting the Jags later in the day.
The match against Kentucky will be the only match on the weekend for the Jags who will next play at Iowa on Feb. 11.
