INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI Athletics Department has announced a full docket of promotional events and planned giveaways for the upcoming basketball season at The Jungle. Among the highlights are the ROAR T-shirt Giveaway (Nov. 13), IUPUI Holiday Hoops Day (Dec. 16) and Jam the Jungle as part of IUPUI's 50^th Anniversary (Jan. 19). In addition, the department will host a Non-Profit Day (Feb. 28) and Class on the Court (Jan. 11) as the Jags invite hundreds of school kids from Central Indiana.

The first scheduled promotion is for the 2018-19 season is Family Weekend as the Jags host IU Kokomo in their exhibition game. Tickets will be $5 per person.

Fans are encouraged to circle Nov. 13 on their calendars as the Jags will celebrate last year's success unveiling their newest WNIT banner. IUPUI students will also be able to pick up a ROAR t-shirt at the door while supplies last.

On Dec. 16, IUPUI will be hosting its Holiday Hoops Day and fans can receive discounts by bringing an unwrapped gift to benefit a Holiday Toy Drive, benefiting the Ruth Lilly Women's and Children's Center.

The Jan. 13 game will be Super Hero Day and all fans will receive an IUPUI hero cape while supplies last. The day will also include face painting, coloring stations, and other family friendly activities. Post-game, kids 12 and under will be invited on the court for a layup line.

IUPUI will celebrate the school's 50^th anniversary with Jam the Jungle on Jan. 19. The day will be filled with giveaways, including an IUPUI Adidas shirt and 50^th anniversary items.
