JASPER, Ind. - Sophomore Kelli Witt highlighted IUPUI's four entries at the UE/Butler Challenge, played at the par-72 Sultan's Run Golf Course in Jasper on Monday (Apr. 15).

Witt, who was named Summit League Golfer of the Week earlier this season, shot a 7-over 79 to lead the way. Behind her, redshirt freshman Maria Krempp and sophomore Lauren Mains both shot 12-over 84. For Krempp, it was a return home and an opportunity to play on her home course.

Sophomore Carolyn Kupchik rounded out the Jaguars' quartet with an 88.

The Jaguars will return to action this week when they take part in the rescheduled Butler Spring Invitational at Prestwick Country Club in Avon, Ind.. The tournament is scheduled for 18 holes on both Thursday (Apr. 18) and Friday (Apr. 19) of this week.
