AVON, Ind. - The Butler Spring Invitational, scheduled to be played at Prestwick Country Club on Monday (Mar. 25) and Tuesday (Mar. 26), has been cancelled. The Indianapolis-area is expected to receive snowfall, beginning on Sunday, and temperatures are expected to hover in the mid-30's for much of next week. The tournament will now be played on Apr. 18-19.

Both Head Coach John Andrews' men's and women's teams were expected to compete this week in the two-day, 36-hole format. The men's squad will return to action on Mar. 29-30 when the Jaguars participate in the Beu Mussatto Invitational, hosted by Western Illinois at the Harry Mussatto Golf Course in Macomb, Ill..

The women's squad will return to action on Apr. 1-2 when the Jaguars take part in the Challenge at Onion Creek, hosted by Texas State University.
