INDIANAPOLIS – The IU Indy men's tennis team swept the Horizon League weekly awards this week with Konner Gunwall earning Singles Player of the Week and Owen Nguyen and Cameron Kryscio earning Doubles Team of the Week.
 
Gunwall earned Singles Player of the Week after helping the Jags to secure a 6-1 win over Northern Kentucky this past weekend. The sophomore from Victoria, Minnesota won the No. 1 singles point against the Norse's Emilio Bravo in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.
 
Nguyen and Kryscio were named Doubles Team of the Week after clinching the doubles point against the Norse. The freshman duo took the No. 2 doubles point with a score of 7-6.
 
The Jags moved to 2-1 in Horizon League play and will now travel to Northern Kentucky for the rematch on Saturday, April 4.
