IU Indy opens the weekend against Butler in a matchup between the two Indianapolis programs. The Jaguars will look to establish early momentum in doubles play before carrying that energy into singles competition. Strong performances from players like Mercer and Dutta in the middle of the lineup could prove key as IU Indy aims to capture valuable road momentum.
The Jaguars will then travel to Kentucky to face Louisville on Sunday evening. The Cardinals present another strong challenge and IU Indy will need balanced contributions across all six singles courts to stay competitive. Consistency in doubles and clutch play in tight singles sets will again be focal points for the Jaguars.
IU Indy has shown flashes of strong play this season, highlighted by a 4-3 win over Ball State and a dominant 7-0 victory over Marquette earlier in the spring. The Jaguars will look to build on those performances as they continue preparing for Horizon League competition later this month.
The first serve against Butler is set for 3:00 p.m. on Friday in Indianapolis, while Sunday's matchup at Louisville is scheduled for a 5:00 p.m. start.
