TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Five members of the IU Indianapolis women's track and field squad will compete at the ISU Open on Saturday (Feb. 21) in an effort to put down final marks ahead of next weekend's Horizon League Indoor Championships in Youngstown, Ohio. Three Jaguars will chase times in the mile while two others look to lower their marks in the 3,000m event. 

In the mile, freshman Riley Flynn is tops among the three entrants at 5:19.75 and Hannah Robbins is next in line at 5:21.17. Senior Carina Alanis will run the mile for the first time this season and holds a personal best time of 5:37.43. 

In the 3K, senior Julie Smith owns a season-best time of 10:19.69 and personal best time of 10:17.65. Sophomore Ella Colclesser clocked a time of 10:32.41 earlier this season and owns a personal best mark of 10:31.89.
