Cross Country (Junior): Competed in all six meets... was among the team's top four finishers and was the team's No. 2 runner in four meets... was the team's No. 2 finisher (33rd overall) at the Horizon League Championships on Nov. 2, running a 6K time of 23:22.5... was the team's No. 3 runner (170th overall) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15 with a time of 22:41.9... ran a personal best 5K time of 18:56.8 at the Notre Dame Joe Piane Invitational on Oct. 4 as the team's No. 2 runner (103rd overall)... clocked a personal best 6K time of 22:41.8 at the Angel Mounds Invitational as the team's No. 2 runner (22nd overall)... earned a top-10 finish, placing eighth overall at the Jaguars Invitational in Shelbyville on Sept. 20, running the 5K race in a time of 19:45.82.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets... ran her first career 10,000m event at the Horizon League Championships on May 9, finishing 12th overall at 38:00.30... ran a personal best 5K time of 18:37.61 at the WashU. Distance Carnival on Mar. 28... had a season-best 1,500m time of 4:59.38 at the BSU We Fly Challenge on Apr. 12.

2023-24 SEASON (at Purdue Northwest)
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in four meets... ran a personal best 5K time of 20:00.6 at the Prairie Stars Invitational (Sept. 8), placing 11th of 59 runners... had a personal best 6K time of 23:36.4 at the Division II Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 4) at the Angel Mounds Course in Evansville, Ind.
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in seven meets... ran a personal best 600m time of 1:48.48 at the Blue Demon Holiday Invitational (Dec. 8)... ran a personal best 3,000m time of 10:50.58 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Jan. 26)... ran a personal best mile time of 5:37.64 at the GVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 16)... ran on PNW's DMR team and competed in the 3,000m event at the GLIAC Indoor Championships, placing 18th in that event at 10:51.16.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete in any meets.
2022-23 SEASON (at Purdue Northwest)
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in six meets... ran a season-best 5K time of 20:25.7 at the Prairie Star Invitational (Sept. 9), placing tenth of 41 runners... clocked a season-best 6K time of 24:25.5 at the Lewis Crossover (Oct. 8)... ran a time of 26:19.9 at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 4).
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three indoor meets... ran on PNW's distance medley relay team at the GLIAC Championships (Feb. 25)... had a season-best 5K time of 20:36.61 at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 9).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran in five outdoor meets... had a personal best 5K time of 20:22.75 at the Wash U. Distance Carnival (Mar. 31)... posted a personal best 1,500m time of 5:19.82 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (Apr. 21)... was 18th overall in the 1,500m event at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 5:19.98.
High School: Earned 10 varsity letters in cross country, track and basketball at Frankfort Senior High School...
named 3A All-State honorable mention in cross country her senior year... was a three-time all-conference performer... ran a personal best 5K time of 19:25.6 at the Harrison Regional, placing fifth overall... qualified for the New Prairie Semi State as a junior and senior... had two cross country meet wins her senior year, winning the Frankfort Invitational and Clinton County championship... finished her track career with personal best times of 2:36.22 in the 800m, 5:48.03 in the 1,600m and 12:40.01 in the 3,200m event.
