INDIANAPOLIS - The IU Indianapolis women's golf team announced the additions of four newcomers as head coach Jamie Broce has signed three true freshmen for next season and previously added a midyear transfer from the University of Indianapolis at the start of the spring semester. All four will begin play with the Jaguars this fall. 

"I'm really excited about these young ladies," Broce said. "They're going to bring a competitiveness and depth to our team and will come in and challenge the returning young ladies for spots in the lineup right away. I think we have a chance to be really good this year, largely because of how talented these young ladies are and how well they mesh with our returning Jaguars. We're excited to have the opportunity to get them to campus and show them a great academic and playing experience." 

Olivia Aronhalt - Powell, Ohio / Olentangy Liberty H.S.
-Four-year varsity letterwinner in golf at Olentangy Liberty High School
-Two-time Player of the Year for the COGA Tour (Central Ohio Golf Academy) in 2022 and 2023
-Finished 12th of 72 qualifiers at the Ohio State Championship her senior season
-Named First Team All-District Central Division her senior season
-Was a First Team All-OCC Buckeye Division and Third Team All-District performer as a junior

Emma Frauhiger - Fort Wayne, Ind. / Homeschooled
-Competed in basketball and golf
-Participated on the GolfWeek Junior Tour, earning three top-10 finishes in 2022
-Was runner-up at the 2024 Fort Wayne Women's City Championship as a 17-year old
-Two-time PSM Junior Tour Champion for 14-18 girls

Lexi Stuart - Greenwood, Ind. / Center Grove H.S. (Univ. of Indianapolis-transfer)
-Played this past fall at UIndy (four tournaments), registering a 78.3 stroke average in 11 total rounds
-Earned four varsity letters in golf and swimming at Center Grove High School
-Was an IHSAA state finalist in golf her final three high school seasons and two-time All-State performer
-Helped Center Grove to an IHSAA State runner-up finish her junior season

Li (Sherry) Xia - Kunming, China / Orion International Academy
-Excelled on the Hurricane Junior Tour, including winning the Tampa Bay Junior Shootout in October 2023
-Posted a pair of top-5 performances on the Future Champions Golf Tour in 2024, placing fourth at the National Tour SD County Classic in San Diego and third at the Inaugural FCG Fall College Showcase in San Marcos, Calif. 
-Had two top-20 finishes on the AJGA Tour, including an impressive 12th place finish at the Vaughn Taylor Championship where she shot 217 (72-71-74)
