INDIANAPOLIS - The IU Indy swim and dive team collected three of the four Horizon League weekly awards with Zach Drotar, Adam Schmehl and Midori Adams each earning #HLSD weekly awards.
 
Drotar, a freshman from Skaneateles Falls, New York, earns his second Swimmer of the Week after leading the Jags to a win over Wabash to secure their undefeated season. Drotar collected three individual wins. He won the 400 IM (3:57.82), 100 breast (56.68) and 200 breast (2:01.34).
 
This marks the second #HLSD Swimmer of the Week award for Drotar this season.
 
Schmehl, a senior out of Chesterfield, Michigan, collected his first Diver of the Week award this season after sweeping the competition over Wabash. He took first in the 1-meter dive with a score of 336.38 then earned first in the 3-meter with a score of 363.60.
 
Schmehl has now earned #HLSD Diver of the Week twice during his career at IU Indy. He previously was named Diver of the Week in January of his junior season.
 
Adams, a senior from Indianapolis, earned her first career #HLSD Diver of the Week after sweeping the women's diving competition. She earned the top spot in the 1-meter dive with a score of 241.73, then completed the sweep with a score of 234.83 in the 3-meter dive.
 
The IU Indy men's and women's team concludes the regular season with a total of 18 #HLSD weekly awards. Both teams will now make their final preparations for the Horizon League Championships, hosted in Indianapolis at the IU Indy Natatorium. The four-day championships will kick off on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
