INDIANAPOLIS - The IU Indy women's basketball team has their final game in the Jungle as they host the Oakland Golden Grizzlies on Wednesday, Feb. 26. The Golden Grizzlies and Jags are set for a 6:30 PM tip on ESPN+.

In the second duel of the year the IU Indy Jags came up short to the Milwaukee Panthers last Wednesday night, falling 77-70 in Milwaukee. The Jags were dominant in the first half outscoring the Panthers 36-33. The second half would be a much different story as Milwaukee came back to take away the lead. The Panthers didn't look back and took home the win. 

Katie Davidson led the way for the Jags scoring 24 points, followed by Alexa Hocevar with 13 points and Faith Stinson with 11 points. The Jags shot .479 from the field and were .348 from the three point line. Nevaeh Foster led the team in assists with five and Nichols-Vannett finished with four. Stinson would lead the team in rebounds with seven. 

The Jags currently sit in tenth in the Horizon League standings with Oakland sitting right above them at ninth with a 6-12 record. IU Indy will look to complete the sweep after beating the Golden Grizzlies on January 8 in Rochester, 79-73. 

Katie Davidson will be recognized before tonight's game with a specialized game ball recognizing her 1,000 career point milestone.
