INDIANAPOLIS – IU Indy men's tennis sweeps the Horizon League weekly awards after a hard fought match against Northern Illinois. Steven Paz earns this week's Singles Player of the Week while the partnership of Noah Viste and Kamil Kozerski earns Doubles Team of the Week.
 
Paz, a senior from Rancho Mission Viejo, California, kept the Jags in the match with a No. 3 singles win. He claimed victory in the number three spot against the Huskies' Chiao Bo Suo Nan in comeback fashion, 3-6, 6-1, 7-6.
 
The senior duo of Viste and Kozerski earned the Doubles Team of the Week title after earning the No. 2 doubles win. They kept the Jags in the fight for the doubles point with a 6-3 win in the number two spot.
 
The IU Indy men's tennis team will go on the road for back-to-back matches this weekend with the first on January 25 at Toledo. First serve is set for 1:00 PM. The Jags will then travel to UIC to face the Flames on Sunday, January 26 at 1:00 PM.
