INDIANAPOLIS – The women's basketball team announced the addition of one more recruit with Denali Craig-Edwards making it official. Craig-Edwards will join the Jaguars for the 2024-25 season.

"We are very excited about the addition of Denali Craig-Edwards," said head coach Kate Bruce. "She brings size and athleticism and her ability to defend and rebound will make an immediate impact for our team. Denali is a versatile scorer who can post up, drive the ball, and knock down open shots. She works hard both on the court and in the classroom."

Denali Craig-Edwards joins the Jags after spending her freshman season at Western Michigan. The guard/forward from Peoria, Illinois played in 21 games for the Broncos this past season, averaging 1.8 points and 1.2 rebounds while playing 7.7 minutes per game. She scored a season-high seven points against Davenport.

Craig-Edwards played for Peoria High where she was named a Journal Star all-area forward while leading the team to a third-place finish in the 2023 Class 3A state tournament.

Craig-Edwards will join the Jaguars prior to the 2024-25 season.
