Box Score INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI men's tennis team hosted Northern Kentucky for a #HLTennis match on Saturday afternoon. The Jags fell to the Norse, 5-2 with Luka Rodic and Eli Mercer earning the two singles points.
 
IUPUI fell in doubles play, giving the Norse an early 1-0 lead. Kamil Kozerski and Emil Jankowski won the number one doubles match, 6-2 but it wasn't enough to take the doubles point as the Jags fell in the number two and three spots. Steven Paz and Rodic dropped the number two match, 6-2 while Noah Viste and Will Thurin fell in the number three spot, 7-6.
 
The Jags earned two singles points, but the Norse took the other four matches to seal the win, 5-2. Rodic earned the number five singles win, 6-2, 6-3 and Mercer took the number six match, 7-5, 6-3.
 
Kozerski fell in the number one spot in a hard-fought three sets, 1-6, 6-1, 6-3. Viste lost in the number two spot, 6-4, 6-2 and Paz dropped the number three singles point, 7-6, 6-4. Jankowski rounded out the lineup in the number four spot where he fell 6-4, 6-4.
 
IUPUI will next host Youngstown State on Friday, March 29. The Penguins and Jaguars are set for a 12:00 PM first serve.
