Box Score CLEVELAND, Ohio – The IUPUI men's tennis continued Horizon League play when they fell to Cleveland State on Saturday, 5-2. Kamil Kozerski and Colton Morehart each collected singles wins in the loss.
 
IUPUI dropped the doubles point to begin the match with Cleveland State taking the early 1-0 lead. Kozerski and Nick Moody fell at number three doubles, 6-2 followed by Blessing Benibo and Morehart falling at number two doubles, 6-3. Alex Jochim and Tom Ciszewski then fell in the number one spot, 6-3.
 
The Jags started off strong in singles play with Morehart earning a point in the number four spot, 6-2, 6-3. The Vikings answered with wins at number one, six, five and two. Jochim fell in the number one spot, 6-3, 6-1 while Noah Viste fell at number six, 6-2, 6-4. Benibo lost at number five singles, 6-4, 7-6 (7-3) and Ciszewski fell in the number two spot, 7-5, 6-4.
 
After the Vikings clinched the win, Kozerski still won his hard fought number three match, 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (13-11).
 
IUPUI is now 5-15 overall and 1-1 in conference play. They next face Youngstown State on Sunday, March 26 at 1:00 PM.
