INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI women's basketball team opens Horizon League play this weekend when they host back-to-back conference games. The Jags welcome Green Bay on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM and Milwaukee on Monday night at 7:00 PM. Both games will be available on ESPN+.
 
The Jags are coming off a 71-49 loss at Eastern Michigan, snapping their three-game win streak. Transfer Jazmyn Turner led the Jaguars offense with 10 point followed by Rachel Kent and Genesis Parker with nine each.
 
Green Bay enters the game 3-3 overall and 0-1 in conference after a loss to Milwaukee, 59-52. Maddy Schreiber led the team in scoring with ten points, while Bailey Butler and Hailey Oskey added nine each. The Phoenix forced 14 Milwaukee turnovers, and Oskey picked up four steals.
 
IUPUI and the Phoenix last faced each other on Feb. 19, 2022, when the Jaguars' 14-game win streak ended with a 71-56 loss at Green Bay. The Phoenix hold an 8-5 overall record against the Jags.
