WOMEN'S BASKETBALL HITS THE ROAD TO BATTLE GREEN BAY

IUPUI will look to win its sixth-straight game as the Jags take on the Phoenix.

INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI takes its five-game winning streak on the road to Wisconsin for the weekend, beginning with a tough contest at Green Bay. The contest against the Phoenix will tip off at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT and will be streamed on ESPN+.

 WILLIAMS DOES IT AGAIN
  • Macee Williams was named Horizon League Player of the Week for the third time this season after averaging 23 points and 8 rebounds in IUPUI's wins over Northern Kentucky and Wright State. It is Williams' sixth Player of the Week award in her career. Williams was also named the College Sports Madness High-Major Player of the Week for the second-straight week
HIGH POWERED OFFENSE
  • IUPUI's offense has been on a high-powered streak, scoring at least 70 points in seven-straight games. The longest streak since 2013-14.
  • IUPUI has scored at least 80 points in the last three games, the most in IUPUI's DI era (1998-99) and the most since 1994-95.
  • The Jaguars have won five straight games while scoring at least 70 points, the most since 2013-14.
  • For the first time in school history, IUPUI has won five-straight games by at least 20 points.
LAST TIME OUT (80-60 win over Wright State)
  • IUPUI has now won five-straight games and sits atop the Horizon League standings after beating Wright State.
  • The Jaguars broke a five-game losing streak to the Raiders, led by 32 points from Macee Williams.
  • Katelyn O'Reilly had one of her best games of the season with 17 points and a team-high nine rebounds. O'Reilly finished the game 7-for-9 from the field.
  • The Jags dominated Wright State inside, finishing with a 46-24 advantage in the paint.
BATTLING THE PHOENIX
  • The Jaguars come in to the game 1-5 all-time against Green Bay.
  • IUPUI and Green Bay split the season series last year as the Jaguars earned their first win over Green Bay in school history with a 67-63 overtime win on Jan. 26. Five Jaguars scored in double figures in the win led by Macee Williams who tallied a 14-point, 14-rebound double-double.
  • In a 45-43 loss later in the season (Feb. 28), IUPUI's offense was held to just 33% from the floor. Katelyn O'Reilly scored 11 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for the Jags. Macee Williams was held to just five points.
GREEN BAY TRENDS
  • Green Bay is 3-2 in Horizon League play and 8-9 overall on the season. The Phoenix won their last game, 65-48, at Detroit Mercy but have not won back-to-back games since Nov. 23 & 28.
  • Three Phoenix are scoring in double-figures led by Frankie Wurtz, who is scoring 15.5 points per game. Wurtz has done a lot of damage from deep, hitting a team-high 42 threes this season. Wurtz has attempted 115 threes on the year, more than double the second-place player.
  • In Horizon League play, the Phoenix are shooting 38% from the field and allowing opponents to shoot just 33%. Green Bay is struggling from deep during league play, hitting just 28% from deep, while allowing teams to hit 31%.
