MEN'S TENNIS BACK HOME FOR TWO MATCHES

IUPUI will continue Horizon League play with two home matches over the weekend.

INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI men's tennis team is back home after four-straight matches on the road. The Jags will continue Horizon League play over the weekend with matches against Wright State and Northern Kentucky.

The Jaguars (6-11, 0-1 Horizon) will look to rebound from a 1-6 loss in their Horizon League opener on Saturday (March 24). IUPUI will start its weekend on Saturday (March 31) at 3:30 p.m. with a match against Wright State and host Northern Kentucky on Sunday (April 1) at 1 p.m.

#David Beasley# has won his last two matches and improved to 4-7 on the dual match season. #Bradley Luetschwager# continues to hold the best record on the team with a 9-5 mark and is 4-1 at the No. 4 spot and 5-2 at the No. 5 spot.

IUPUI's duo of #Ethan Mardanus-Budiono# and #Jac Newis# are the top doubles team with a 4-4 record at the No. 2 spot this year.

SCOUTING WRIGHT STATE
Wright State holds a 10-6 record and have won seven-straight matches, including its first Horizon League match, a 7-0 win against Northern Kentucky. The Raiders are over .500 at every singles spot except the No. 4 spot where they are a combined 7-9 on the season. The best spot for Wright State is the No. 3 spot with a record of 12-3, led by a 9-1 record by Param Pun. Michael Kianicka has won six-straight matches for Wright State.

SCOUTING NORTHERN KENTUCKY
Northern Kentucky is 2-7 on the season and dropped their only Horizon League match to Wright State. The Norse have been on the wrong side of their last five matches. Jorge Rodriguez holds the best record of any player on the team at 4-4 and Northern Kentucky is under .500 at every spot but the No. 3 singles spot.
