INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI men's tennis team is back home after spending the last two weekends away from the West Indy Racquet Club.
The Jags (4-7) will put a perfect 4-0 home record on the line against Chicago State on Saturday (March 2) and Marquette on Sunday (March 3).
In their last two matches IUPUI lost 0-4 to both Northwestern and Saint Louis.

Ethan Mardanus-Budiono# are tied for the best record this season at 6-3. Mardanus-Budiono is the hottest Jaguar having won his last three matches. The top of the lineup has been a struggle this season as the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 spots are a combined 5-27 this season. The other three spots are 15-11.
In doubles, Mardanus-Budiono and #
Jac Newis# have the most doubles wins with a 3-4 record. The No. 3 doubles spot has been the strongest for IUPUI with a 4-7 record.
SCOUTING CHICAGO STATE
Chicago State is 2-5 on the year and also lost to Northwestern 0-4. The Cougars best spot in the lineup is at No. 1 doubles where the team of Christian Gonzalez and Felix Savard are 6-1 on the year. In singles matches, No. 2, No. 4 and No. 5 spots both have three wins.
Last season, IUPUI beat Chicago State in Chicago, 6-1.
SCOUTING MARQUETTE
Marquette won last season's matchup 1-6 in Milwaukee and the Golden Eagles will come in to the matchup with the Jags at 7-2 and will take on Indiana one day before the Jags.
Marquette has lost both matches they have played at home, losing 0-7 to Iowa and 1-6 to Wisconsin.
Greg Anderson is the top player for the Golden Eagles with a 7-1 singles record, but three other players are also 6-2 on the year. The best spot for Marquette is the No. 5 spot with a 7-2 record.
In doubles play, three teams are both 4-2 on the year.
