Colton Morehart picked up two singles wins as the Jags closed out their fall season at the Old Gold and Black tournament hosted by Purdue.
The tournament was a round-robin between IUPUI, Purdue and Ball State and four Jags participated in the tournament. Morehart finished with the best weekend for the Jags, winning two singles matches and falling in three sets in another.
Morehart earned a win in his first match against Bonin from Ball State, winning 7-6, 6-2 and the freshman's other win came on the final day, beating Ball State's Muhiga 6-3, 6-4. In the third round of the round-robin, Morehart lost to Maksymilian Raupuk from Purdue, 7-5, 4-6, 4-6.
Eric Hollingsworth was the only other Jaguar to go three sets in a singles match, losing to Bonin from Ball State 7-6, 2-6, 4-6.
The Jags will be off until beginning their spring season in January.
