  • As selected by over 200 Jaguars student-athletes, IUPUI's favorite professors will be celebrated during halftime.
  • Jags will wear pink uniforms in support of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association "Play for Kay" initiative to raise awareness in the fight against women's cancers.

INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI women's basketball team hosts in-state rival Fort Wayne in a Summit League battle on Sunday (Feb. 21) at 2 p.m. in The Jungle. The game will be broadcast on RTV6 with Greg Rakestraw (pxp) and Carlos Knox (analyst). IUPUI's Scott Agness will also have the call on IUPUIJags.com.

The Jags (18-8, 9-4) enter Sunday looking to rebound from a tough road loss at Omaha on Thursday (Feb. 18). IUPUI overcame a 15-point halftime deficit to take a four-point lead against Omaha before giving up the game's last seven points in a 57-54 loss. The Jags had won their five previous games before the slip to Omaha.

Fort Wayne (6-20, 2-11) comes into Sunday following a rare conference win over Oral Roberts on Wednesday (Feb. 17). The Mastodons enter a venue on Sunday that the Jags have owned under Head Coach Austin Parkinson.

Nearing the end of another impressive year at home, the Jags are 9-2 in The Jungle this season with one of those coming to ACC opponent Georgia Tech (60-50). Parkinson holds a 61-24 record at The Jungle in his six years with IUPUI. He's currently tied with former coach Kris Simpson (61 wins) for the most home wins. A win on Sunday would make Parkinson the winningest coach at home in the program's 40-year history.

Sunday's game is slated for a 2 p.m. tipoff as the Jags will don the pink jerseys once again in support of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
