INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - IUPUI came into Saturday's match with DePaul with fresh legs. DePaul came in only hours off a 4-3 win over Butler. It didn't matter though, IUPUI came up on the short end again, losing 6-1 to DePaul.

The Jaguars had a chance to take the doubles point with both the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles matches going to a tiebreak, but only No. 1 doubles was able to get the win, taking the tiebreak 8-6. It was the first of two wins on the day for Alex Toliver and both required tiebreaks.

Toliver was also the only Jaguar to take a singles match, winning 6-2, 2-6 (9) at No. 2 singles.

DePaul made quick work of the Jaguars in singles, winning each of their five matches in straight sets.

IUPUI will have two matches this coming week. The first will be in Bloomington against Indiana this Thursday (Mar. 13) at 7pm. Then the Jaguars will travel to Macomb, Illinois to take on Western Illinois Saturday (Mar. 15) at 11am.
