Armaan Choudhary. Additionally, the Jags return
Deon Shafer, #Patrick O’Neill#,
Thomas Gans,
Louis Sacks and
Jacob Bradley from last year’s team that advanced to The Summit League championship match.
The newcomers, which performed well during the fall and will provide a boost in the spring, consist of
Jason Jaruvang,
Jake Hedderig,
Keelan Klarl and
Manuel Laboy.
“We have a very challenging schedule this spring and we start out by playing Toledo and Purdue this weekend. Both of these teams are extremely talented and well coached,” Currie added. “We look forward to giving several guys an opportunity to play, and the key to our success will be the doubles point and maintaining a high level of energy and focus throughout the matches. As a team, we are very confident and looking forward to this opportunity.”
Of all the Jags players, Jaruvang led IUPUI in the fall season posting a singles record 16-4, which included tying for first in Flight 1 of the Bradley Invitational and winning Flight ‘A’ outright at the Ball State Invitational.
