MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Mixing up the starting lineup seemed to spur the IUPUI men's tennis team, but the Jaguars dropped their match against Morehead State, 6-1, Saturday afternoon at the Morehead State Tennis Center.

IUPUI (0-11) picked up their lone point when Gregory Sosa won at No. 2 singles, the first time this season Sosa has played at No. 2.  Sosa defeated Dusan Milovanovic, 6-3, 7-6(6) to tally his second win of the spring.

Daniel Klingenberg lost his first career match at No. 1, 3-6, 3-6.   Playing at No. 1 doubles with Bren Vasalakis, the duo was defeated, 7-9, in the closest doubles match of the day.

In Vasalakis' singles match, he won the opening set at love before faltering in the final two sets, losing, 6-0, 2-6, 2-6.

The tandem of Sosa and Jesus Diaz won at No. 3 doubles, 8-3.

Continuing their play on the road, the Jaguars will head to Dayton, Ohio, on Friday, March 13, for a matchup with the Flyers.  The matches are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. EST.
