EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The IUPUI men's tennis team hung tough with Michigan State, but ultimately fell, 7-0, to the Spartans on Saturday evening at the Michigan State Indoor Tennis Center.
IUPUI (1-10) dropped the early doubles point when Michigan State swept all three matches.
In singles play,
Daniel Klingenberg nearly won at No. 2, rallying for a 7-6 second set win, but fell in the super tie-break, 7-10.
The Jaguars will be back in action next week when they travel to the Bluegrass State for a matchup with Morehead State. The matches will begin at 2 p.m. ET from Morehead, Ky..
