INDIANAPOLIS -- The IUPUI men's tennis team returned to the Indianapolis Tennis Center, falling to Northern Illinois, 6-1, Saturday evening.
Jesus Diaz picked up the lone win for the Jaguars.
IUPUI (1-8) lost the early doubles point when Northern Illinois swept all three doubles matches.
In singles play, Diaz picked up a win at No. 6 when his opponent retired due to injury. The Huskies won all five completed singles matches.
The Jaguars will be back in action less than 24 hours later when they host Toledo on Sunday. The matches will begin at 4:00 p.m. from the Indianapolis Tennis Center.
