FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Leading IPFW by 1.5 games in The Summit League standings, the IUPUI women's basketball team will face the Mastodons in a key conference matchup Monday night at the Hilliard Gates Sports Center.  Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

IUPUI (13-15, 9-7 Summit) is coming off of a disappointing 66-62 loss at Oakland on Saturday.  The defeat moved the Jaguars behind the Golden Grizzlies and Oral Roberts in the race for the No. 2 seed in the upcoming Summit League Tournament.

Julia Whitted posted her eighth career double-double in the loss, scoring a game-high 19 points while pulling down 10 rebounds.  Jernisha Cann has 12 points and 9 boards, becoming the second IUPUI women's basketball player with over 800 career rebounds.

The Jaguars will need to limit IPFW's (10-16, 7-8 Summit) Johnna Lewis Carlisle, who is 13^th in Division I with 19.6 points per game through Feb. 21. 

The last time these two teams got together, IPFW pulled away for a 68-50 win in The Jungle on Jan. 28.
