Eric Hoffman was the men's track team's top performer last week after posting the team's top finish in the mile at the Gene Edmonds Open. Hoffman spun a time of 4:17.21 for a new personal best effort at Purdue, placing fourth of 34 entries in the event. Hoffman currently ranks second in the league in the event with a converted time of 4:13.97.
