Burk averaged 32.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game, while shooting 48 percent (22-of-46) from the field and 48 percent (13-of-27) from three-point range. He opened the week with his first career double-double at Detroit Mercy (Jan. 23), closing with 25 points (10-22 FG, 5-12 3's), 10 rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes of action. He followed with a career-high 39 points (12-24 FG, 8-15 3's, 7-10 FT), three rebounds and three assists in 44 minutes in the Jaguars' 89-85 overtime win at Oakland (Jan. 25). The win snapped the Jaguars' four-game skid and was IUPUI's first win at Oakland since 2006. In addition, his 39 points were the most by a Horizon League player in a game this season and the most by an IUPUI player since Alex Young scored 43 against Western Kentucky on Dec. 10, 2011.
