Hoffman was a dominant force at the net for IUPUI’s defense, finishing with 17 blocks in IUPUI’s wins over Cleveland State and Oakland. Hoffman averaged 2.12 blocks per set, tallying 10 against the Vikings, which matches the highest total in the Horizon League this season. Hoffman followed that up with seven against the Golden Grizzlies. Hoffman’s 17 blocks in two matches are the most by a Jaguar since Bethany Fogler had 19 in 2012.
