INDIANAPOLIS - Four members of the IU Indianapolis men's and women's golf programs earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large honors on Tuesday (June 16), recognizing individuals for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. Senior Noah Kirsch was the lone representative from the men's squad while senior Reagan Sohn and sophomores Cassidy Ayres and Lexi Stuart were honored from the women's program. 

Kirsch, a four-year letterwinner, recently completed his academic career with a 3.60 grade point average while studying accounting. This past season, Kirsch played a career-high 36 rounds with a 75.0 scoring average. He closed his career with 79 rounds played and a 75.6 scoring average and two top-10 finishes. 

Ayres, a sophomore, has maintained a 3.54 GPA while majoring in marketing. She missed the fall portion of this past season due to injury, but returned for the spring to amass an 81.1 scoring average over 15 rounds. For her career, she's played 42 rounds with an 80.5 stroke average and one career top-10 finish. 

Sohn, a four-year letterwinner, concluded her undergraduate work with a perfect 4.0 GPA while majoring in health studies. She was honored with the department's Dorothy Cheesman Award at this year's Jag Awards, given annually to the top grade point average among the graduating class. She was named Academic All-Horizon League honorable mention by the league's faculty athletic representatives this past season after posting an 82.1 scoring average in 16 rounds. She closed her IU Indy career having played 76 rounds with an 81.5 stroke average. 

Stuart, a sophomore, holds a 3.72 grade point average while majoring in business. In her first season with the program, Stuart had 82.7 scoring average in 29 rounds. For her career, she's played 40 collegiate rounds with an 81.5 stroke average.
