INDIANAPOLIS - Three members of the IU Indianapolis men's and women's golf programs earned All-Horizon League honors, as announced by the league office on Thursday (Apr. 30). Men's junior Titus Boswell was voted First Team All-League by the league's head coaches while women's senior Yanah Rolston and freshman Li (Sherry) Xia were both voted Second Team All-League. In addition, Xia was voted the league's Freshman of the Year.

Boswell was voted First Team All-League for a second straight year after setting a new school record with a 71.67 scoring average this past season. He registered seven top-10 finishes and 20 rounds of par or better out of his 36 rounds. He recorded an .852 individual winning percentage with four third-place finishes. He tied for third of 92 players at the Wright State Invitational with a 4-under 209 earlier this spring while placing third of 84 players with a school record 9-under 201 at the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational during the fall.

Rolston earned second team honors and was the Horizon League individual medalist, earning an automatic berth into NCAA Regionals. She holds a 78.83 scoring average in 30 rounds this season and closed the season with three top-10 finishes in her final four tournaments. Prior to winning the Horizon League title, she placed sixth of 70 players at the NKU Julie Invitational and tied for ninth at the EKU Colonel Classic. She enters the postseason with a 79.46 career scoring average and 94 rounds played.

Xia made an immediate impact with a team-best 77.93 scoring average this season in 30 rounds played. She had a team-best .640 winning percentage and two top-10 performances to her credit. She placed seventh of 41 players at the WMU Bronco Fall Classic and tied for runner-up honors at the NKU Julie Invitational. She had the team's best round of the season with an opening round, even par 71 at the BGSU Women's Intercollegiate on Feb. 10.
