INDIANAPOLIS – The IU Indy women's tennis team swept the Horizon League weekly awards as announced by the league on Wednesday (April 1). Kally Kadzinski earned the Singles Player of the Week while Kadzinski and Elle Kotre were named Doubles Team of the Week.
 
Kadzinski earned her second Singles Player of the Week award after helping the Jags to a Horizon League opening win over Northern Kentucky. The junior from Parkland, Florida took the No. 1 singles point against the Norse in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3.
 
Kadzinski and Elle Kotre also earned Doubles Team of the Week after securing the No. 1 doubles win. The junior duo took the No. 1 doubles match against the Norse to help secure the early advantage with a score of 6-3.
 
The women's tennis team will next host Oakland on Friday, April 3 as they continue Horizon League play.
