MILWAUKEE, Wisc. – The IU Indy Women's tennis team will travel to take on the Marquette Golden Eagles on Jan 31 at 12:00 PM ET. The Jags are coming off of a 4-3 victory at Western Illinois, making them 2-0 overall this season so far.
 
IU Indy's Kally Kadzinski has been named Horizon League Singles Player of the Week after the Jags' win over Western Illinois. The junior defeated Western Illinois' Richardlyne Francois in two sets (6-3, 6-3). Elle Kotre earned Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week after earning No. 1 doubles win with a score of 6-3.
 
Marquette is currently 1-3 overall this season. They are coming off of a 4-2 victory against Western Illinois. The last matchup between IU Indy and Marquette University was on Jan. 23, 2016, where the Jags fell 0-7.
