INDIANAPOLIS - The IU Indianapolis Athletics Department has entered a media partnership with 1430 Sports Ticket to broadcast men's basketball games throughout the 2025-26 season. Twenty-three regular season men's basketball games will be aired on 1430 AM and
www.indysportsticket.com, along with selected conference tournament and potential postseason games also being broadcast. In addition to the game broadcasts, the Jaguars program will be highlighted on the Dan Dakich Show throughout the basketball season, beginning in November.
"We're excited about this partnership with 1430 and the opportunity to have games back on the dial throughout Central Indiana," IU Indy Director of Athletics
Luke Bosso said. "This partnership allows us to continue to extend our basketball brand in the Indianapolis-area and elevate some reach for some of our corporate partners as well. The team at 1430 has been tremendous in helping this come together and we're excited for the broadcasts to begin this season."
Jimmy Cook, an Indianapolis-native, will be the lead voice on the broadcasts, bringing extensive experience as a play-by-play voice for Roncalli Athletics, the IHSAA Champions Network and the NBA Summer League and G-League.
The first broadcast is scheduled for the road opener at Ohio State on Monday, Nov. 3. Any companies wanting to purchase advertising space on this year's broadcasts can contact
