INDIANAPOLIS – IU Indy Women's Track and Field's Journey Howard earns this week's 92c Athlete of the Week after an outstanding performance at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Invitational at the University of Louisville.

Howard helped lead the Jaguars by matching her personal best in the high jump, clearing 1.60m (5' 3'') to continue her consistency in the event. 

She also turned in a career-best performance in the 100m hurdles, posting a time of 14.83 seconds to lead the Jaguars entries in the event. Howard's success continued in the 400m hurdles, where she recorded a time of 1:09.39, showing her versatility across multiple events.
 

Her performance contributed to a strong overall weekend for the Jaguars, who posted nine personal bests across the meet. Howard's leadership and consistency have helped set the tone for IU Indy as they gear up for the Horizon League Championships in Youngstown, Ohio on May 9-11.
