INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI women's tennis is set to kick off its first weekend of play in 2021 with two matches against UIndy. The Jags will play on Friday (Feb. 5) at 12 p.m. and Saturday (Feb. 6) at 6:30 p.m.
The Jags bring back their full roster from a season ago for head coach
Jason Suscha and will be playing their first match in over 11 months.
Krystal Grubb returns after leading IUPUI in singles wins last year, picking up three victories.
Samantha Hayward and
Marta Krakowski were tied for second on the team with two singles wins.
Last season, IUPUI fell to UIndy 6-1 with Hayward earning IUPUI's point with a three-set win.

The Jags will play four more weekends during non-conference play, all away from Indianapolis, before starting conference play.
IUPUI will take on Dayton (Feb. 12 & 14), Valparaiso (Feb. 20-21), DePauw (Feb. 28) and Ball State (March 6).
Conference play begins with home matches against Northern Kentucky (March 13-14) before the Jags play on the road at Oakland (March 20-21). IUPUI also has home matches against UIC (March 27-28) and Cleveland State (April 10-11). The remaining road matches are against Milwaukee (April 3-4) and Youngstown State (April 17-18).
