INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI women's tennis is back in action with two home matches over the weekend. The Jags will begin play taking on Austin Peay on Friday (Feb. 28), before playing Northern Illinois on Saturday (Feb. 29).

The Jags are coming off of their first win of the season, a 6-1 win at Tennessee State and will look to carry that momentum in to their match against the Governors.

The match against Austin Peay will begin at 3 p.m. and the contest against the Huskies will start at 6 p.m.

IUPUI is led by Krystal Grubb, Samantha Hayward and Marta Krakowski, who all have two singles wins on the year. The doubles team of Grubb and Gabrielle Ochalik are 3-6 at the No. 1 spot.

ABOUT AUSTIN PEAY
The Governors are 8-3 on the season and 3-1 on the road. Austin Peay dropped its last match, 2-4 to Middle Tennessee. Jana Leder leads the team with a 10-1 record, including going 9-1 in No. 3 singles matches. Austin Peay's No. 3 doubles team sits with an 8-1 record this year.

ABOUT NORTHERN ILLINOIS
Northern Illinois is 8-5 on the season but just 1-4 away from DeKalb. The Huskies will take on Butler earlier on Saturday before playing IUPUI.
