INDIANAPOLIS - IUPUI student-athletes accounted for a 3.38 grade point average for the recently completed spring semester with all 18 programs registering a 2.9 GPA or better. It marked a 21st straight semester the department has recorded a 3.0 mark or better. 

Head coach Marisa Arce's women's tennis program was tops among the IUPUI teams at 3.72 while head coach Antonio McDaniel's women's cross country squad was next at 3.64. Head coach Lindsey Buteyn's volleyball team was third in the department at 3.60 and McDaniel's track and field team was fourth at 3.59. Head coach Austin Parkinson's squad was fifth at 3.57. 

Brian Barnett's men's soccer program was tops among the men's teams at 3.44. 

The spring academic advisor's list (3.0 GPA or above) will be announced on Tuesday (May 21).
